Americana. This bike was passed down to me from my mother. It was her mode of transport in late 1960s Chicago. Almost 50 years later, I use it for my weekend excursions through the beach cities of Southern California. Kind of amazing. It is an original Schwinn Breeze– kept in good shape by my mother, a refurb by my father in the 1990s and once again by DS in 2008. Not sure what the bike is worth today, but the memories that it has created are priceless. Thank you Mom.
